Dear Ming-Tang,

Thank you for your interest in McKinsey & Company.

We have reviewed your background and are impressed by your accomplishments. However, your experience and training do not seem to fit our staffing needs as closely as we would like. We have reluctantly concluded, therefore, that it is not in our mutual interest to proceed further.

Once again, we appreciate your interest in our firm and wish you every success in your career.

Sincerely yours,
Shu-Ling Hsu
Recruiting Coordinator
McKinsey & Company, Taipei

ps.
